The project was implemented in Raage Idle and Alle Suge IDP sites and focused on strengthening community-based protection for women, girls, children, and other vulnerable groups.
Throughout the project, LARDO conducted a range of activities, including community risk assessments, service mapping, awareness sessions for men and boys, women’s sensitization forums, engagement with religious leaders and local authorities, training of community first responders, and strengthening referral pathways for vulnerable individuals.
A key achievement of the project was the establishment and use of the Referral Management System (RMS), which improved coordination and access to specialized protection services.
